Ordering
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! Custom orders are one of my favorite things to create. If you have an idea for a shirt, embroidery, or personalized item, please use the contact form or send a message with your details.
Will I see a proof before my item is made?
Proofs are not automatically sent before production. If you would like a proof prior to production, please request one when placing your order. Requesting a proof may add additional time to the turnaround.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes can usually be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes may not be possible.
Turnaround Time
How long does it take to make my order?
Current production time is typically 5–7 business days depending on the item and order volume. Custom or bulk orders may take longer.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes! Please contact me before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is completed, shipping typically takes:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are handled by the carrier once the package leaves my shop.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes! You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
Please check with household members and neighbors first. If it still cannot be located, contact your local post office as they may have more information.
Apparel & Sizing
What brands of shirts do you use?
I use high-quality brands such as Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, and other premium blanks depending on the item.
Are your shirts true to size?
Most shirts are true to size with a relaxed unisex fit. If you prefer an oversized look, consider sizing up.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes! Many designs are available in youth sizes. Check the product listing for size options.
Care Instructions
To keep your item looking its best:
- Turn garment inside out before washing
- Machine wash cold
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the design
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because many items are custom made, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect or error with the order.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos so I can make it right.
